Back To School Event Consignment Guidelines

Unlimited Clothing for Back To School (3000 max item limit)

Yes

The Back To School Event is for all kiddos that are school age, pre-k to college. We are accepting clothing from 2t through adults as well as shoes sizes - toddlers 4-10, kids and adults.

Short sleeves, long sleeves, sweaters, and uniform tops
Shorts, pants, leggings, jeans, athletic pants, uniform bottoms
PJs -lightweight and fleece
Rain coats and rain boots
Summer & Fall Dresses
Hooded Sweatshirts and zip up lightweight jackets
Shoes sized toddler to adult - new or gently used only
Accessories - belts, hats, hair accessories
Books for all reading ages
Arts & Crafts
Homeschool Materials
School Supplies
Bookbags and Lunch Boxes/Gear

Summer and spring themed clothing (Easter, florals, beach, 4th of July, etc.)
Heavy Winter Coats

IMPORTANT TAGGING INFORMATION

When tagging clothing, tags MUST be secured on inside tags or in seams. Do not attach tags to other areas as it will leave holes and damage the fabric making it unfit for sale.

SALES COMMISSION

All consignors earn a base commission of 60% on their sales and your earnings can be tracked throughout the event by checking your MyCM seller account every night. However, every consignor is eligible to join the GKM Seller Squad and earn even higher commissions:

Every consignor is eligible to sign up but these shifts go quickly so grab your spot when they open. GKM Seller Squad members also shop first to get the best deals and are eligible for other insider perks.

DROP OFF:

Choose a drop-off appointment time for your items by selecting a time under the "CHECK-IN" tab in your MyCM account.

DROP OFF DAYS: Tuesday, August 12th from 2 PM - 8 PM

Wednesday, August 13th from 9 AM - 2 PM

DROP OFF LOCATION: St. Matthew's Church

1200 E Churchville Road, Bel Air, MD 21014

CONSIGNOR PREVIEW SHOPPING:

Consignors can shop anytime we are open but are invited to a special preview sale event on the night before we open to the public as well as gaining access to our 50% discount day sale the day before we open it to the public.

Opening Night Preview

Wednesday, August 13th - 4 PM - 8 PM.

You must sign up for your free tickets to attend the consignor shopping preview sale. You will receive a link by e-mail to sign up for this special shopping time or you may sign up in person at drop-off.

50% Off Preview

Friday, August 15th - 3 PM - 7 PM

There are no additional tickets for this event, you will simply show your consignor preview sale ticket (either printed or on your phone) to the cashier at check-out in order to receive early access to our discount day sales prices. Only consignors and Seller Squad Team Members are eligible for the Back To School 50% presale.

PICK-UP

Item pick-up will not require an appointment. You may pick-up your items anytime from 2 PM - 6 PM on Saturday. However, please make sure to give yourself enough time to find your items on the sales floor - we will close pick-up promptly at 6 PM so we can prepare for dollar dash.
